Hall Chevrolet is inviting all trick-or-treaters to their Safe Zone to enjoy Halloween! From 4:30 to 6:30 PM, trick-or-treaters can stop by and get some candy, reflective bags, and safety tips for kids. There will also be a raffle available for parents to win prizes!
