In this workshop we’ll define charcuterie by tasting, designing
and teaching tricks of the trade.
Join us for our first workshop at Coyote Canyon in Prosser! In this workshop while defining charcuterie you will get to taste an array of cheeses and meats; some locally produced some imported. We will explain food pairings and balance, we will teach how to create a visually balanced board. You will be making one of our specialty cheeses and going home with a second recipe. You will be creating with us a Charcuterie board that serves 4-6 to take home or enjoy while wine tasting after workshop is over
